Filming Hong Kong for many years now, this is truly first time I made a short video of Hong Kong in Black and White. As often Hong Kong can be very colourful with a lot of cyberpunk like lighting and the viewers be easily distracted by the beautiful colours, however in Monochrome was able to capture the contrast loneliness in a busy city like Hong Kong. Its a short without any actors or even a story and just documenting life around the city and conveying the emotion to the audience.
